Entry Level Marketing Representative

Job Summary

Responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the facility. Participates in the marketing plan process through market research, market analysis, and marketing tactics. Works on new and existing facility programs. Participates in the department's continuous quality improvement (CQI).


Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas

  • Performs community marketing as guided by the marketing manager and or senior leadership.
  • Assists in developing the annual market plan for the facility.
  • Assists the various departments of the facility with new business and marketing plans.
  • Continuously monitors and provides feedback regarding the effectiveness of new and existing marketing plans.
  • Represents the facility to business leaders, physicians, the community and the media.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills within the facility and with the public.
  • Communicates appropriately and clearly to the Vice President of Business Development and the marketing staff.
  • Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful conditions.
  • Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner, and is thorough and appropriately detailed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality.


Regulatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Two to five (2-5) years of experience in healthcare and/or the medical industry is preferred but not required.
